Burton Whammy Bar Snowboard

Just as the members of Pink Floyd were always looking for creative ways to manipulate their instruments, you use your Burton Whammy Bar Snowboard to ride the park in new ways. With loose, catch-free V-Rocker, Rail Ready edge tune, and a soft flex, you'll be throwing down mind-blowing tricks that will have onlookers wondering if someone slipped something in their drinks ... or yours.

  • V-Rocker profile offers continuous rocker the length of the board for catch-free playfulness and float in the pow
  • Dual-density biax fiberglass strengthens the board without losing its buttery feel
  • Rail Ready edge tune uses pre-beveled edges for hang-up free jibbing right out of the plastic
  • Super Fly core uses a mix of hard and soft woods to save weight and increase pop and response
  • True twin shape lets you dial in your switch tricks
  • Sintered base is lightning-quick, durable, and holds wax longer
  • Infinite Ride consists of Burton overbuilding the board, and then breaking it in at the factory, for a ride that stays crisp and poppy season after season
  • Pro-Tip uses a thinner tip and tail for reduced swing weight
  • 10:45 sidewalls are extra beefy for bomber impact protection
  • The Channel allows you to micro-adjust your stance over a greater length and an infinite range
  • Please note each board size depicts a different Pink Floyd album

Bottom Line: Whoa, man, that trick was trippy.

Park and Rail Tech

By:

Like the Process, only a little looser for more jib-oriented riding, this is the dream board for the park and rail technician. With the convex design of Mid Spoon between the feet to magnify the catch-free effects of V-Rocker™, plus Scoop shaping at the tip and tail, this is as catch-free as you'll get without total abstinence.

Hey,

I wouldn't recommend it. I wear 11.5 boots and don't suggest riding anything smaller than 255mm waist width. 260mm being ideal. Check out the Burton Bullet Wide, the Burton Blunt Wide and the Capita Horrorscope FK wide. I'll include links below. These are really fun boards available in wide and all on sale at a really good price.

Board is sick

By:

All whammy bars are very similar, but getting more durable in time. I had a blast on any whammy bar. Every day in the park is better than the last. From the streets to the backcountry, this board is an all around jibstick.

I am 6ft 125 pounds and have been debating between the 150cm

I am 6ft 125 pounds and have been debating between the 150cm and the 153cm whammy bar. I am in the weight spectrum of the the 150cm size but have the height of the 153cm..Thanks.

Don't worry so much about height. weight is more important and your riding style. If you want a park board 150 should be great. if you want an all mountain board you may want to size up to the 153cm.
hope this helps
