The Endall of Travel Bags for your gear!

This bas is amazing! It's large enough to carry everything you could possibly want for a week long excursion into the deep without breaking your back. It's super sturdy with a hard capped nose and tail which add to it's longevity. The wheels are standard skate wheels so they are easy to replace when they call it quits. The bag comes with 2 internal bags (each one big enough to fit a pair of bindings and then some) that clip into place allowing you to compartmentalize your gear. All the seams are super reinforced so you know it's going to last forever. I was told this is the bag of choice for Burton Team riders and I can easily see why. Burton knocked it out of the park with this one.. as far as I can tell there is no other bag on the market that touches this board bag. $$$ BUT WORTH IT!

Hi. I have to pack 3-4 short kids skis. I thought maybe a board bag will do (it is shorter than ski bag). Anyone with experience?

Does this bag have any internal structure, or does it rely on the padding and the board for support?

Responded on

This particular bag does not utilize any type of internal structure. The rigidity, and shape, are held through the combination of internal padding and shape of the inserted board.

This is not entirely true, even though there isn't a tip to tail structure that goes throughout the entire bag, the nose and tail have a hard structure that protect the nose and tail of your board from slams. That being said the bag still relies on the the inserted board the keep the entire bad from sandwiching/folding. I would say it's a good compromise as a full internal structure would make for either a very expensive or very heavy bag. If you have ever had to lug a board bag around from the house to the airport and from the airport to the mountain.. you know that weight is a big deal! LMK if you would like pictures showing the internal structure.

Ok, may be dumb question but what is the difference between the burton wheelie board locker and board case?? size?

Responded on

Your Wheelie locker is going to be a bit bigger. The stretch limo of board bags, perfect if you want to bring your entire room along. Both bags have multi-board capacity and come with a removable boot and binding bag.

What ever you choose you are choosing right. You really can't go wrong.

Can you stow multiple boards with the bindings still attached?

Responded on

You can - but I would suggest removing the bindings to prevent damage if you are flying at all with it.

Responded on

Yes you can, but this bag is designed with a separate compartment under the main compartment to stow just decks. As DEON noted it is best to store/ travel w/o binding mounted to your board. If you absolutely wanted to travel with bindings attached to your board you could stow 2 boards with mounted bindings in the main compartment.

Full Protection Case

Getting your board from Point A to Point B sometimes means flying it there. This large-capacity luggage case fits all the gear, has internal bags help organize it, and lush padding to protect it.

Awesome Board/Gear Bag

This Bag is fantabulous...I do alot of international traveling and it definately gets the job done. Holds all of my gear and then some. Also great for those everyday outings. And those long parking lot hauls from the south 40 for the days were you are running late.
