it is definitely poofy but very comfortable. hood likes to come up over your head a lot. plenty of nice pockets, mp3 player Velcro pocket, and an id/credit card holder easy access. Was too warm for spring ski in AZ. Could use wrist gaiters but has velcro straps to tighten sleeves.

200mg is warm for sure. Your question is kind of relative to the person. Myself, I'm always cold so I can run a puffy in 40 degree weather, some people I know only run puffy jackets in the teens and below. It is warm, I would get it, you'll be fine.

Although its a real beauty and I was really looking forward to wearing it - this jacket is so puffy, it made me look like I was pregnant. I had to send it back.

Yes you should, Unless you have long arms. I'm 6' even, so I wear a large to fit my arms.
