Don't let the name fool you, the CandyGrind Shelly Jacket is not for chicks. Well, that isn't to say a chick couldn't wear it, but it's actually named 'Shelly' because it is a shell. While this is a simple naming process, the Shelly Jacket is nothing short of technical.

Great for a slimmer look shredder
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: Runs large
This jacket has it's ups and downs. I love the fit and feel of the jacket. I got an XLT and am 6ft 140 lbs. (I wear larger than normal). It fits taller than normal, but width is true for it's style. If you are wanting to layer for insulation, most definitely go up on size. It fits tight and slim. I would not recommend wearing this in wet/snowy conditions. But for a blue-bird day, this will make for a perfect jacket. The jacket is very light weight as well. Overall.. If you are in the market for a good spring or sunny day jacket that looks good and feels better.. This is a great jacket.
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
The jacked looks sick, and I got it hoping that it would be somewhat waterproof, that I could even use in rainy weather, but it's not waterproof. Also the sizing is different. The jacket is made with an extra tall fitting, but also extra slim. I'm 5'8" 160 and always wear medium in everything, and I actually liked how this jacket kinda hugged my body yet still went to the bottom of my butt, but it's tight, and if you want to layer underneath it, forget about it. Overall, the jacket is not waterproof, not insulated, and unless you go a size or two up, you won't be able to layer under it, but it looks good on those days that require a very light jacket.
