Does your on-hill feast of choice involve floaty backside spins and rock-solid front boards, garnished with a side of pure evil? Inspired by and featuring the Scandinavian black-metal babes of the band Sorceress, the Capita Defenders of Awesome FK Snowboard radiates unadulterated blackness all the way down to its SS Select core.
- Hybrid FK profile uses mellow camber between the inserts, a flat zone under your feet, and a rocker nose and tail for a reactive but playful ride with plenty of pop
- Flat Kicks raise the nose and tail up at a steep angle for maximum flotation in deep snow
- Tip-to-tail carbon and Kevlar strips for extra ollie power and vibration dampening
- Biaxial fiberglass on both sides of the core for a forgiving flex that's easy to manhandle
- SS Select wood core uses lightweight laminated poplar wood for durability and a consistent feel underfoot
- Radial sidecut for smooth, predictable turns both regular and switch
- Low-maintenance HMC Extruded base uses harder material than traditional extruded bases for extra strength and reliable speed

this board is the best board I have had for the price. It is not for everybody though. If you would like a board that locks into lines and holds an edge than this board will be perfect for you but do not get this if you want something playful because you will be disappointed. The board is also super fast! It does not have a sinistered base but it burns anyone's deck no matter what their base is made of and the pop on the deck is insane. bottom line: if you are looking for a board that is good in the park but rides like an all mountain board than you will love this board.

Just wait till something goes wrong with it; Capita has the worst warranty policy out of any snowboard company.

just buy it here and you get a 100% warranty anyways so it wont matter how bad their warranty policy is.

Got it 2 days ago from another site cus dog dunk is sold out but figured I'd post it here. Awesome board. Super poppy, first jump of the day clears into the flats by accident and Ollied straight over the first skate style rail on accident. This board is gona make my Ollie's lazy cus the board does all the work. Still butter able and press able if you know what your doing, not too difficult. A little catchy but they do market as a freestyle board not a pure park board so I guess it's fair. Planning to detune the edges then it should be perfect. Great board holds it's edge going fast, medium weight, good turn initiation.

This board is so amazing in so many ways! It has great flex to it, and it is a great all-around board! With the camber + reverse, makes this board handle anything you can throw at it! It can slay powder, or launch massive kickers in the park. Either way you can't go wrong with this board!

good board for advances riders , powder just with the righ size , perfect park board kikers , ( dont know in rails ) fun to ride stiff btn bindings,soft tail and nose press fun , high seed stable , stable straigh speed too .4 stars bks the 50cm pow was not the best but size up for powder...
