We hope you're not as hairy as a horse.

Just because the years of ridicule in middle school stick with you, that doesn't mean you have to hide from your reality; you have hooves as big as a Clydesdal horse. Don't just accept it, take your hate for tiny people to scary levels and wreak havoc with the Capita Wide Horrorscope FK Snowboard strapped to your feet.
  • Capita's Urban Flat Kick reverse camber technology now extends rocker from inside the binding inserts to the tip and tailresult is more butter, less toast
  • WDT (Wood Derived Technology) utilizes wood composite materials for a super-soft, jib-specific flex
  • 420 Fiberglass laminate adds pop and strength to the soft core
  • Jib-specific extruded base holds up to rails, rocks, concrete, and small people's teeth

Will I get any toe/heel drag on a 155w. I have size 13's and im 160lb

Best Answer Responded on

You shouldn't get any toe drag on a 155w since it is a wide board and is designed for the largest stock sized bindings/boots. There is always going to be a little bit of toe hanging off any board but as long as they aren't custom large bindings or boots you should be fine with a 155w.

im intermediete-advanced would this board work well in the pipe and spinning 540s on 40 ft jumps

Responded on

it's a little soft if you're gonna strictly do larger tables and pipe... landings may be a little sketch... it's a jib machine though and will spin to win on average sized features

Im getting into park a lot now and just started pressing on boxes n shit. I ride a Rome Machine Wide 156 right now and im not a fan of traditional cambered boards because they are harder to press. Would this board support a size 12 to 13 boot?

Responded on

go to your local shop and talk to a shop guy that rides and see what they say. Most people that work in snowboard shop are on it and will know what you need. and they most likely have what you need in the shop

i actually went from a Machine 154 to a Horrorscope 156 (standard width 25.5cm) with no problems... boot size is 11.5-12 depending on brand. so the wide version of the Horrorscope should be perfect for you... as long as you're ducked out and have some angles on your bindings you will be fine... good luck with the Horrorscope, you're gonna love it. presses and butters like no other.

I'm looking at getting this board cuz I'm a total jib kid. But I need start building on my jump skills. My resort has big beastly icy jumps. will this board hold up on them?

Responded on

This will hold up pretty decently on booters, but the Indoor Survival FK will be better suited. Its basically the Horrorscope FK with a lil more meat to it. So you get all the playfulness of FK, just with a lil added umph in your step. And the Indoor Survival is a lil stiffer, but do not be fooled, it WILL still jib the shit outta anything you throw at it. Hope this helps bro

i second the indoor survival for bigger jumps... horrorscope is pretty fun, but can be unstable at faster speeds and bigger landings

5'11, 175 lbs, size 11.5 boot. would the 151 still work with me? I don't want to ride a 155 cause it feels too long to jib!

Responded on

Im about the same size as you (6' 165lbs) and I ride a 154W, and all I mainly do is jib. BUT I do not ride a reverse, rocker any other kind of negative camber, I ride a traditional cambered deck. This being said, with a reverse cambered deck you are technically able to ride a deck that is 5cm shorter than your traditional cambered deck. For me the 55 wouldnt feel too long, but I already ride a 154. You should be fine to ride the 151 bec of the FK, but be aware of the weight restrictions. Seeing as it is a wide deck, you should be fine. Im guessing you use a L/XL binder? On the 55 the waist width is 260, whitch is perfect for your boot size, but I dont know how skinny the 51 would be. There might not be any difference at all. Hope this helps bro :)

Hey I am 6'2'' size 12 boot. Is the 155 wide to small for me?

Responded on

how much do you weigh because with most boards it has to do more with weight then height... if your 140 id go 151 for park 155 for freeride/ pow....if your 150 id go 153 at your height for park and still 155 for freeride/ park.... 160 you will still be ok with a 153 park and a 157 freeride/park... hoped that helped if you don't in any of those check the chart at the top of the page

Responded on

all depends on what you want to ride the board for... plus weight is a better indicator of board length than height... height means nothing, unless you're at some extreme that affects your stance width.
