Yes, it's definitely long for sure. I am 5'5" and it falls a good six inches below my butt. Definitely good for people who like the tall tee look or have a long torso. Contrary to the picture Black Wool/Blue Chambray color, the hem is solid black like the torso, not wool.

This jacket is soo nice and reasonably warm however I'd size up personally, I'm like 6ftish and fairly skinny and it was a bit too tight around the arms and chest, but that aside its great
I am really considering on buying this jacket.. however.. the
I am really considering on buying this jacket.. however.. the length of the jacket seems longer then usual snowboarding jackets...
if i am getting a slim fitted jacket that looks tailored to my body.. then i also dont want to be wearing a dress that comes down to my knees...
i am 5'7 and i'm about 135-140lbs... i'm fairly skinny.. but i don't know if i should get size S or XS?? any suggestions from people that have a little more experience with this jacket then i do??

No, it's just a shell. All cappel outerwear is shell and has no down insulation on the inside
