The heaviest of all Cilla tops. Perfect for cold days on the mountain. The top is fleece so keeps you nice and warm. Like some reviews think, it's not meant to be water proof. Its meant to keep the snow out of your pants on super deep POW days like we get here in Utah, and of course to keep your style fresh! I haven't ridden without a Cilla top in three years. Get one!!!
BTW, I'm 5'6 115 lbs and wear a small

I'm obsessed with Cilla stuff. It's so great! The June top is so functional. It's warm and quick drying. I use it all the time in the backcountry - and in bounds for a little added style. The waterproof band keeps snow out of your pants and keeps you warm. This base layer is definitely worth the money.
not good for wet powder

ive read all the other reviews from last years top saying how the waterproof band keeps everyones bum dry so i bought one. ive worn it snowboarding like 5 times and each time my bottom gets wet because if it. the band is actually soaked through. Im usually up on mt hood where the powder is usually very wet not dry at all. the band seems to attract the snow to stick to it. especially on the inside of the band. I have given up on wearing it snowboarding and just put it on after i'm done riding

I read your review and agree I love this top!!! I also ride in deep dry pow and it definitely does it job. but the description of the top does say that the band is waterproof so the other review is correct too and I can see how that could be irritating if your not lucky enough to live somewhere with great pow. looking at the band I can tell how the wet snow would definitely stick sorry I just hate it when reviews r misleading because I use reviews alot when deciding what to buy so I felt a need to comment.
