Nice thick and firm weave. Super warm without being too hot. Soft and quite comfy. Best beanie I own. The yellow color is pretty sick. Its a bit on the lime green side, which is alright with me. Def buy this beanie!

I love how this hat is nice and warm and all cuddly, however I was hoping the color would be bright enough to burn your eyes. I'm still able to write this, so it didn't.

Not much else to say. My favorite hat to ride in. Doesn't seem to loose it's shape like some other hats. Can ride all day in it.

perfect hat, bought two, wore the gray one until it got fuzzy, which lasted really well as it went with me to concerts, bars and the slope, basically it was my teddy bear i took everywhere. Had another in forest green but that was lost after a single trip to the bar, poor little guy. They better be coming out with more colors next year, this one will never go out of style.

Long enough to cover the ears and pretty darn warm.

I have a "fluorescent yellow" and a charcoal beanie and both of them are darker than the pictures make them out to be. The fluorescent yellow is not quite so yellow. Definitely not highlighter yellow, closer to a neon green that lost it's pizazz. Needless to say, i'm still going to wear it.

Dakka's picture is pretty damn close to the actual color, but not dead nuts accurate. It still looks good and is awesome, just don't expect a highlighter

Hat and warm and fresh. I bought the lime green and it looks sick with my analog strategy jacket. Fits nice and tight and you don't to worry about it flying off your head when hitting kickers in the park.

I've got two of these, I love um. The colors are sick, and they have a nice fit. You can pull this over your dome and try to be a super hero and not run into a wall or pull it back for that extra sag style.

They are also easy to wash, even though you gotta do it by hand, in case you got some stank on it.

Pretty legit beanie. Loss fit but still fits nicely. Comfortable to wear and it's pretty warm.

This beanie looks great and feels really good, BUT i've used it maybe 10 times and it has started to hang lots of treads out of it so, its not very durable!

Great all over hat. A little pricy, but it's money well spent.

Love the bright colors. Super comfortable fit does not ride up too high and get uncomfortable. Have been wearing for about a month and has yet to stretch out too much. I say go for it! You wont regret it.

awesome beanie. have it in a few colours. the only thing that sucks is the colour isnt quite as vibrant as the pics show. That aside, comfy, warm, rad!

This beanie is a super good fit, its tight but has a bit of give in it to accommodate for all heads. I would recommend this beanie for a colder trip due to the thick fabric, i lost a couple of pounds in head sweat wearing this in spring this season.

Its smaller than what it looks like in the pic, didn't have much slouch at the top and was a little tight. I wear 7 3/4 fitted hats. Probably could have worn it in to fit better if it lasted longer.

But other than that its thick and kept my head warm on the mountain.

Coal makes the best beanies in the world and frena is no exception, actually it might be the flag product of the company. Looks friggin' great, keeps you warm in winter and doesn't overheat when it gets a little warmer on the outside. Guitar pick included!

This beanie kept me warm all week in Park City. Large fit, don't get it if you have a peanut head.

This beanie is sick. Soft enough so the reservoir tip looks good with the sag instead of the straight up point. Color looks sweet, fun tellin people its Strawberryy too.

i have both the black and the blue one of these and was originally going to return one once i figured out which color i wanted, but i ended up keeping both of them because they are exactly what a beanie should be. they are super warm and a little oversized to get that scrunched look. i would recommend this hat to everyone.

kept me warm through the cold weather, it does sag just enough. it's more of a hugging fit to your head than other beanies.

I have this beanie in 4 colors and wore them all winter. It is definitely a heavier beanie so not great for too warm weather. I'm a chick and they fit perfect. They are a longer length beanie so you have to like that style to get these. The colors are bright too! Will be getting the FTS for the Spring.

This thing is steezy and warm, who wouldn't want to wear one? Plus Coal gives you some extra Frena so even all the big heads out there can rock the extra sag.

This hat rules. The colors are awesome, although the Watermelon IS brighter in person and a bit more pink. I own both the blue and the watermelon and I love them. Fits well over my size 8 dome, and keeps my head warm like toast. Everyone should totally get this hat!

If I had to choose one beanie to take with me to a deserted island it would be the Coal Frena ... why I'd need a hat on a deserted island IDK, but still. The Frena is super warm and the fit is great, a little longer so you can remain gaper-free. With all the color options and the amazing price, I don't know how you could just own one!!!

I love this hat! It is really warm and perfect for when I go snowboarding. It is a little big on my head though and slides off a little bit, but definitely worth buying.

Good standard beanie. Not too tall.... leaves a little extra room on top so it looks good. The Watermelon color is a little brighter than pictured, but really good looking none-the-less.

What else can you say about it? It's super comfy, cool colors, and it will keep your head warm. Everyone should own one in each color, including the striped ones too!

This beanie does exactly what you'd expect it to, keep your head warm!! Along with my baselayer of long hair it can actually be alittle TOO warm, but when out shredding it'll be perfect. Lime green color kicks ass too, along with the other ones. I own 5 wooo

Love this hat! It is so WARM!!! it's the perfect length... not super long, but not skin tight either. I've rode with it a few times already and it is perfect for the outdoors. I'm buying another when I make my next purchase.

This beanie was of excellent quality, however, it was my intention to embroider a logo onto it, which failed miserably. The beanie is too thick and plush so I had to scratch the project.
