Yes. 2%. They are plenty stretchy for skating.

This pant is awesome. Buyer beware though, its not really tight, especially if you have smaller legs. If you are looking for something a little slimmer fitting go with the david. This is COMUNE's classic fit, so it does fit a little bit more like a straight fit. Still so awesome though.
