I bought this bag / purse for my daughter, who sent me the link clearly stating that it would be a great birthday present. I never ordered anything from Dogfunk before, but I went with it because ... that's what she wanted. Well, I ordered the wrong color - when it came in, she loved the purse but not the color. We got online, chatted about a return, and in just 2 days she had the right color at her doorstep. The return process was really fast, and Dogfunk let me know that the return was received and processed, which I REALLY appreciated.
These folks are great to do business with and the purse was better than it looked online too.
