The first time I used these I was disappointed because I thought the gore tex wasn't working cuz my hands were wet. Turns out they were actually just super warm and my hands were REALLY sweaty. Basically this is a completely waterproff mitten that in my opinion is a little TO warm

Hands down best mittens owned

After snowboarding for 17 years I can say these are the warmest gloves I have ever owned. Hands down my favorite mitten on those bitter cold days. Get these you will not be disappointed.

After a couple outings, the mittens tore at the seams and they would not replace them. Yes some wear & tear was due to the rope tow, but after only a couple of outings, a high quality product would not rip at the seams. Terrible customer service and terrible product.
