The lightweight DAKINE Forest Pant uses a blend of synthetic fibers (including 30% bamboo-derived viscose) to keep you dry while you hike that pow stash for another shot. While it's not as green as going naked or wearing Spanish moss under your shell pants, it's a step in the right direction.

warm, cottony, comfy, stretchy, stay in place around waist, not so much around the ankle but just as good as any other first layer. wish there were other colors to choose from though
