has lots of space perfect for a day of hiking in the backcountry with its shovel slot and its ski and snowboard straps or just a day at the resort

its perfect for slack country. Holds shovel, probe, water bladder, snowshoes, small first aid, and little food. This pack is too small for real back country. But perfect day pack if your going through the gates.
