DAKINE Hornet Mitten - Toddler - 2007

Slip your child's hands into the DAKINE Infants' Hornet Mitts, and let the plush Thermoloft insulation provide warmth for chilly days outside. Leather palms make the Hornet Mitts tough enough to last until your little one outgrows them, and removable wrist straps keep your grom from dropping them in the park.

Bottom Line: Don't let those tiny fingers get cold. Slip them into the toasty DAKINE Infants' Hornet Mitts.

Do these sufficiently cover the wrist? Despite trying to keep

Do these sufficiently cover the wrist? Despite trying to keep my boy's current mittens tucked into the jacket, when he took a beater in the pow, snow covered his exposed wrists. I need to avoid this to keep him happy.

The best thing to do is to get him a jacket with wrist gaiters or a glove with an insert in it. If he got an insert it would give more protection from the elements. These gloves will cover the wrist just fine, but it will only cover a few inches when the glove comes out of the jacket . So once the glove comes out of the jacket, hes back to square one, and obv thats not what you want. Dakine Brat Glove will probably give more coverage, but its all dependant on if they will fit. Best bet is to try to get a jacket with wrist gaiters tho, they work wonders. Hope this helped :)
