Everyone loves kittens.

Shredding is fun, but cold fingers suck. Crush the evil chill-demons of winter with the toasty-warm DAKINE Women’s Targa Glove and its Gore-Tex membrane. Winter can try to soak your digits with freezing and soggy conditions, but inside this glove lies a waterproof breathable membrane that's designed to keep you bone dry. A zip-style cuff prevents powder from creeping up your sleeves on really deep days, and the fleece lining feels like the fur of a million tiny kittens caressing your skin.

Round #2

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm on my second pair of Targa gloves. The last ones lasted a good 300 days before the leather deteriorated. If the temperature is in the 20's these gloves are warm enough alone, if its less than that, I slip on some glove liners to keep my fingers toasty.

Warm but didn't last

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I loved the look of these gloves and I also liked that they were really warm and comfortable. The only problem is that they lasted maybe one season, the glove tore apart in the fingers and all the leather parts and then lost all its waterproofing. That being said, I used them every day, all season long, for work at a resort, so they got a LOT of use.

A little snug, but I love them

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small

I bought these gloves a couple seasons ago, and I still love them. They are my cold day gloves and keep my hands nice and toasty. They do run a touch small, so maybe try getting a size bigger than you normally would.

The Best Gloves...

I've had yet.

These gloves are perfect for the cold extra cold days. Rocked 'em in the single digits and my hands stayed perfectly warm and dry.

They've got a fuzzy lining and because of it, seem to run a bit small. I wear a 7 1/2 in women's gloves and the medium was a little difficult to get on the first few times, but now that they're broken in they're perfect.

Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase... definitely worth the price tag in my opinion.
