Description

Rock it like a pro.

DAKINE team shredders Annie Boulanger and Leanne Pelosi teamed up to help create the Women's Heli Pro Backpack so that your day on the mountain would go as smooth as silk. Not only does this pack feature impeccable style; its sleek design also carries extra layers and your skis or snowboard for hikes to the ridge.

  • Vertical snowboard carry and diagonal cable ski carry tote your ride while you hike (that is, on those days when your helicopter is grounded)
  • Internal 15-inch laptop sleeve doubles as a hydration sleeve to house nourishing fluids
  • Fleece-lined pocket lets you stash your goggles when not in use
  • Waist belt stabilizes the bag, transfers the load to your hips, and is padded so won't dig into your skin

Awesome Backpack!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love this backpack. It's perfect for biking, short day hikes, traveling on planes, and general use. It doesn't make my back sweat, the straps are comfortable, and it looks rad. I'd definitely buy this again. I've since bought other Dakine bags because they hold up well and look great.

Perfect Backcountry Day pack!

I got the sweet Annie Boulanger 1 color way with the camo, purple, and lace! It's adorable! I have used this pack mainly in the side country and a few long backcountry days. Fits shovel and probe nicely, with extra room to fit extra layers, gloves, skins, ect. There is a fleece lined pocket to store or keep an extra pair of goggles. The front pocket is handy for snacks and any small randoms that you will need. This would also make a great school bag as it will fit a 15in lap top and there are great divides to fit pens/pencils, keeps you organized! Pack is fits nicely and the waist belt is adjustable. This pack is also hydration compatible! Great durability! Highly recommended!

Five Star Pack

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love it! Plain and simple. I have always loved Dakine packs for their durability, functionality, and steeze. This pack is no different.
I've had a 20L Heli-pro pack for campus for about 4-5 years now, and decided it was time to update the stash. I was worried about dropping to an 18L, but I find that it's actually the perfect size for my little body (5'2, 112lbs). It still fits all of my school necessities without looking like the oversized turtle shell. Aside from the size, one of the biggest differences are these little sorting pockets in that front stash pocket which helps keep your pens, phone, keys, whatever else a little bit more organized. There is also no hip belt pocket. Still the same buckles for ski/board carry, which have worked well for me in the past. I will def keep my 20L around for slackcountry purposes until I wear through it- Dakine makes quality goodies!
