these are not a snowboard boot. if you want water-proof go with some rubber rain boots or waders. bottom line; these are for snowy mountain towns not snowboards.

I bought my first pair four years ago on a sweet whiskey militia sale. They are the ultimate winter boot, they fit over all of my jeans (I may need to do a little fold action for my regular jeans but they're still comfortable) and perfectly under my pants after a day on the slopes (and the looseness of them makes your feet feel heavenly after being stuck in snowboard boots all day). They keep my feet completely warm and dry all winter long, they don't have any special grip or anything, so watch out on ice, but they have kept me happy and comfortable through four seasons.

bought these for my wife for christmas she liked them but they r to small to get pants inside them even skinny jeans but to big to get pants over them she ended up returning them due to this and bought a pair of sporto kristens and she absolutly loves them im not sure if it was just her or what but she has really small legs and feet size 5.5 so if you r looking to purchase these watch out for this i will say returning with dogfunk was amazing we had our money the day after they were shipped back to dogfunk before they even recieved them
