Not nearly as bad as the one where the giant sandwich is chasing you down the hallway and the door just keeps getting farther and farther away…

It’s every jibber’s nightmare—you arrive at the mountain and realize halfway up that the park is gone. What do you do? OK, you just wet your pants… thank God for Gore-Tex, right? It wouldn’t be that scary if you had the DC Core XFB Snowboard. DC gave the XFB a soft, forgiving flex so you can tear up the park (if you can find it BWA-HA-HA) and a directional twin shape with traditional camber, so you can check out the rest of the mountain. Don’t get stuck in the park—there’s a great, big world out there.

  • Laminated poplar core for giant pop and responsive power
  • Carbon and KEVLAR reinforcements between the bindings for added durability and even more pop
  • Bi-axial fiberglass wrap adds toughness and absorbs shock
  • Fast, easy-to-maintain 4400 sintered base for forget-about-it speed

Is this the 08-09 model? Is it basically the same board as the 09-10?

Responded on

This is 08-09, Dogfunk carries 09-10though. The differences are deeper sidecut, longer effective edge.

Responded on

I am going to go ahead and say 'NO', waist is 246mm, size 11 would be pushing it.
