How adjustable is the waist? i have about a 33 in waist but i have long legs probably 33 or 34 so which size should i get? thanks

I don't believe the waist is adjustable. That's what the belt loops and suspenders are for. You'll be fine with a large, that will fit your waist and cover your long-shanks.

Hey Adam...
Your best bet is to call a dogfunk rep directly. Ask them if they expect to receive any more of this gear in. Since i see some of the first reviews were from the end of 2009, and they are listed on Dept of Goods as clearance, don't get your hopes up. New season is starting = new gear coming out.
Time to find an even more pimp set of snow owning pants! Don't take my word though, get in touch...you know the number, use it! :)
Sick pair of pants

The pants are totally awesome,i bought blz yellow model XL size, they are bit wider in waist but since i'm a 6,2" tall 180 lbs ... nothing good belt could solve it... Anyway these are one sick pair of pants, love the color,design.. pretty much everything,o yeah the gaiters are really looking cool
The waterproof is 8k so don't get fooled by the tag on the site!
Still haven't rode them, really stoked for the season i simply got that feeling that they are gonna keep me warm and dry
... God bless DC :)))
Keep on shredding,peace

Everything is individual mate,i prefer a bit baggy pants... they are perfect length, they are not short like my last pair of Burton's Cargo pants L size and they are not dragging on the floor when i wear boots.... one word, perfect! Get a little beer belly and they gonna look perfect :)
If you have any questions, just shoot ;)
I really like those pants

I haven't rode with these pants yet because i got them after the season was over and got them at $99!!! And I writing this for the people asking about the waterproofing on these pants, they're 8k waterproofing and 5k breathability. I thought they were really 5k waterproofing but when i got them the tag on the pants say 8k. I believe the water proofing varies from color to color. For example i got the shadow but I think the burlap is 10k waterproofing. But overall great looking pants. If you are into the baggy look these pants are a must buy. Also i recommend that you don't get a size up from your regular fit pants because it'll be wayyyy too baggy.

Managed to scoop these from an end-of-season sale at the local DC outlet, for 87% off! Twenty-two bucks! That has nothing to do with the function, just figured I'd brag a little. Ok first off these pants have an 8K waterproof with a 5K breathability rating, not the other way around. Pretty much nothing in the way of insulation, they have a mesh boxer-area liner that thickens it up but nothing down in the legs. So you gotta layer up on cold days. The ankle gaiters work well, they have some rubber hem lining and a lace hook to give a little more anchor to your boots. The side cargo pockets have drawstrings so you can hike up the bottoms just in case you're walking around the parking lot in socks or regular shoes and you don't want to scuff em up. The waist gaiter is a bit weird because it looks like you can pick different buttons to snap into for variable tightness, but... the top row has two settings, but the bottom button can only snap in one place. Lastly, the suspenders are pretty useless because they don't adjust. You can cross them ( like an X ) to take in a bit more slack but unless you're a sasquatch you're not gonna be tall enough for them to do much good. I think I'll sow on some more velcro to tighten them a bit. They velcro off if you don't like em.
Total fit and finish is good, attention to detail checks out ( no missing stitches or fraying etc, you can feel quality). Not a perfect pair of pants, but if you can get them on sale go for it!

Yeah dude! I got them in the gunmetal gray. I couldn't believe my ears when the counter rep told me how much they were discounted. I had to buy them, even if they sucked I couldn't pass them up. Felt like I was stealing em!

oh and the size was large, I saw a few mediums but no other color or style while I was there. I almost bought a puffy jacket, but I didn't like the colors and I already have a good one. this was at the outlet store in Pismo Beach, I think they're cleaned out by now...

If you live in an area with wet snow like the Pacific North West or anywhere with wet and heavy spring snow, you may need a pant with 8-10K waterproofing. In places like Utah and Colorado, this may work better for you as these areas have dryer snow.

I would go medium if I were you. These pants fit loose so if you go medium, they will be plenty baggy but will still fit alright on your waist. The waist on the larges would be too big.

Yeah they're pretty baggy. I'm 6 feet tall and 160 lbs, and I would wear a large for them to be baggy but not raver-big.
