DC prepares you for a season of comfortable riding with the Fermi Snowboard Jacket.
With waterproof shell fabric, a warm fleece lining, and an iPod pocket, the DC Women's Fermi Snowboard Jacket tunes into your riding needs. DC gave this cozy shell tons of features to keep you shredding despite the gnarly mountain conditions. An adjustable powder skirt blocks out upward-spraying snow on those dreamy deep days, and it zips off for urban action. When you approach the peak on the lift and an ice-cold wind blows, pull on the Fermi Jacket's attached head gaiter. The gaiter stows in a pocket near the chest for easy access. Underarm zips let you unload excess heat on warm spring sessions.

You're Dum to Pass this Coat Up
Ya d-u-m dum.
But seriously it's a super nice coat. I like the fit because I can layer it under a sweatshirt and not feel like the michelin tire guy. I'm 143 and 5'9" and got a Medium so if you're smaller definitely try to get a small! When I walk to class in 30 degree weather I'm almost sweating by the time I get there. Plus it's cool that it has brown in it since a lot of coats you have to wear black boots with. Overall I love it and the price is perfect for a college kid.
good all around jacket
Finally! A jacket that doesn't fit all girly! I really like this one because it has a looser fit and you can cinch it up at the bottom to your liking. Also the powder skirt has a bit more room so you can pull it down well below the top of your pants, and then snap it to your pants. It's awesome if you wear your gear a bit baggier (as it should be :)
Also I am a freerider, and this jacket rocks for mild to about -15 celsius (sorry I'm Canadian). The weatherproofing is pretty solid too unless its raining. And as a bonus I got tons of compliments on this jacket from people on the hill.
not a bad jacket
I really like this jacket and would recommend it anyone wanted a looser fit item. The one negative I have is it's not as warm as I expected. I definitely have to layer well or use another jacket on a colder day.
This has an interesting fit. A medium is what I would go with for myself and is what I wear in all outwear. The waist is perfect and the sides do not taper in, it has a straight cut. which would be great for layer underneath and not feel constrained in the armpit area of the jacket. If you were not layering something under it i think it would be a bit baggy for my taste, but I like my things more fitted. This is extremely comfortable though!
