DC Gauss Jacket - Men's - 2007

Nothing keeps you warm like a puffy, so zip up the military-style DC Men's Gauss Snowboard Jacket and march to the shred hill on the coldest days. Synthetic insulation regulates your temperature, trapping in heat without roasting you in less frigid weather. Underarm zips cool you off after laps in the park, and the waist gaiter shuns incoming freshies. DC hid an MP3 pocket beneath this snowboard jacket's storm flap—they didn't make this coat super warm just for you to unzip it and let cold air in every time you want to change songs. Snag the Gauss-C to rock some canvas or pick up the Gauss-W and shred like a wooly mammoth.

Bottom Line: Temps in the teens? You won't feel it in the DC Gauss Snowboard Jacket.

awesome jacket - not awesome sizing

This jacket looks great, seems like it will do the job except for the fact that the jacket is absolutely MASSIVE. I'm a Large size in most clothing and according to the sizing info for this one, i would have been a Large also. I read a review here that says they run larger than usual so i went down to a Medium and low and behold, the medium is so huge i'd have to be a silverback gorilla to fill out the length of these arms!

I should also mention that this was without a doubt, the FASTEST delivery i've received coming from the US to Australia - well done!

The large has a center back length of 34 inches, so just size that off a piece you have now and you'll know what you're in for.

I'm not too far from your height and weight and I would definitely say Med. or possibly even a Large for a more baggy fit.

So this is a very cool jacket. However I had a few problems with the one I ordered. First off it is not insulated like it is labeled. Very thin compared to what I had in mind. Also the sizing is way Huge, for this I don't blame dog funk but DC. I ordered a XL but should have gotten a L. Everything else about the jacket was cool though.

Nice jacket but size runs larger than shown

Got the medium jacket (I wear 38"-40" jackets) but it fits more like a Large-XLarge (42"-44"), sleeves are equally long which is why it seems they size their jackets smaller than they should be.

Otherwise, awesome jacket!
