Board like a banshee through the blizzard in your DC Ghost Snowboard Boots.
For experienced, all-mountain riders like Devun Walsh, DC offers one of the stiffest boots they make—the Men's Ghost Snowboard Boot. Riding at breakneck speeds is a little less precarious when you have the support of the Ghost's pump-up air liner. A release valve on the outside of the liner lets you adjust the air bladder's pressure to your preferred fit. An articulated cuff gives you both lateral and forward flex with excellent support, so the only thing you need to worry about breaking in is that untracked powder. A toe gel pad cushions on hard landings. PU-coated mesh uppers keep wet snow where it belongs while letting your feet get a little fresh air. The CTR rubber sole hardens to form traction-enhancing spikes when temps fall below 32F.

Comfortalbe, but Stiff
Yes, these boots are on the stiffer side for DC. I thought there would be a little bit of flex, but there is absolutely none. Start trying any presses and flexing your board and you're gonna start bangin' up your shins. Good thing is these boots are incredibly comfortable and warm. Really, unbeatable comfort, and perfect if you're sticking to cruisers and the backcountry.
These boots weren't originally the most comfortable boots to wear, but after you break them in you get used to it and it molds to your feet. The only thing is that the toe space is rediculously cramped and tight, but you get used to it. Make sure you get the exact size as your regular shoe size. The air pumps are amazing for heel support, I really liked them. Also the heat pads that you can insert into the special HeatSole is VERY helpful when the conditions are cold, and your looking to keep your feet warm. Overall these were decent boots, but I would look to pay a few extra bucks for some more toe space. I have been a fan of DC boots, and these boots haven't changed my opinion about DC boots because I know that DC has better boots and better versions of this boot as well.
dc ghost boots
overall they seem pretty nice. the price is good considering what boots cost these days. if the air bladder lasts all season i will be stoked.
these boots are super comfortable. i ordered these in the summer and didnt wanna take them off for a while even tho it was hot out, and the air pumps do help out for added support around ur ankle. anyways another good set of boots from dc.
Aw!! some boots
I really like DC products. These boots are really comfortable with the air pockets. I really like them a lot.
Good, but not great
The boots have a really good fit and they are very light. However they must be broken in before they feel comfortable on your foot. I had to ride a few days before they felt right. They are stiff and give great support, and you can sort of adjust the stiffness with the lacing. The air bladder work really good too. There is a kind of cushion over the toe area that I think pushes too hard down on the toes. It takes some time getting used to, and i wish they would have given the toes a bit more room. But overall a really dope boot.
dc ghost snowboard boot
very comfy boot. great fit. built really well. nice and stiff if you like em stiff. great ankle support. air pump does seem to need to be pumped up now and again but that is a small price to pay for a boot you can wear all day and have no pain. great boot. beats burton any day of the week
