The size states: 29; 30... What is this referencing? Waist measurement
The size states: 29; 30... What is this referencing? Waist measurement in inches? I find it hard to believe boys shorts would be available in these waist measurements so please explain....??

I just called DogFunk and they did indicate that it is waist measurement. FYI to anyone else who may be questioning this.
