I'd probably go with a little bit bigger board for a size 11 boot. Check out the waist width on some different boards... I'd recommend at least a 254mm waist width for a size 11... length depends on what you ride (shorter for park, longer for pow)... waist width is gonna be the most important for you because you don't want those big ol toes dragging!
Camber!

Does this board need alot of care?
I heard DC boards are a pain to take care of like waxing and others. Do you need to wax this board everytime you go up the mountain?
Kris McGregor
Member since
Its actually a base that you done really have to take suuuper good care of. You will wax this deck just about the same or less than any other one. Seeing as its a jib board, the base it a lot stronger and easier to maintain if you have a crack in the p-tex. And no you dont need to wax it every run, unless you are riding on dirt lol. Its a sweet deck and kills it on the mountain

I know this board is sick on jumps but is it soft enough for a skinny guy for jibbing soft and easy??

Oh yeah, this board was made for Jibbing. If you have ever heard of a Lib Tech Skate Banana, this is its DC equivalent. All my friends ride DC boards, and every single one of them loves it.
Oh yeah, and some dude by the name of Halldor Helgason rides this board also. If you haven't hear of him check out his video part in They Came From, he won video part of the year. Let me know if you think this board sucks for jibbing after you watch it.
VERY NICE!!!!!

this board is SWEET! ridden it like 3 times now, its a little stiffer of a board, but getting more flexy as i ride it. its so solid and so far really reliable. i rode some pow and i hit a tree and fell over a tree stump and the boards fine, overall one of the best boards ive ridden.

pretty dope board. all around killer does well in the pow with the radius to flat tips. haddles just about everything jumps rails pipe. nice soft flex on it for doing butters and presses but still enough stiffeness for high speed and jumps. and good pop

Is there a difference between the DC PBJ Biittner and the normal DC PBJ 153, in the sidebar it says the base of the biittner is TRUE OPTIC and on the pbj its different and they both says stratus core, but its seems that the biittner may be only poplar no carbon and kevlar like the other boards? is it just me or are they different?

exact same board, just different topsheet and base graphics.

I was curious whats the radius to flat technology on the tip and tail. Im not clear if it similar to a flatkick, a rocker, or banana. My really question is does it have regular or reverse camber.
Martin
Member since
Radius to flat has nothing to do with with sidecut. It is kind of similar to the Capita FK tech in that the nose and tail do have flat bits near the end but it does start out with the normal curve and its not neg camber. Helps to give you more of a base to ollie off and also helps it float in the pow pow.
The PBJ is a regular cambered board and it's probably my favorite board I've had.
