DC Phase Snowboard Boot - Men's - 2009

The DC Phase Men’s Snowboard Boot features a low-profile gum rubber sole and thing Phase liner to give it a skate-like feel for extra sensitivity on the rails. Not only does this boot dominate an urban session with both performance and style, it also features a medium flex that lets you take on the rest of the mountain without compromising your ride. DC stuck with a traditional lacing system to let you tune your fit exactly the way you like it, and the coated-mesh exterior panels cut down on weight without sacrificing moisture control.

Bottom Line: Light like boots should be.

I have the Brown version of these.. the color and pattern reminds me of L&V. ha! but i like em.
I also got my boots for just over $60 from Salty Peaks in SLC. Much better than $130 + Shipping.

Comfort Rating - 3/5
Warmth Rating - 5/5
Lacing Rating - 4/5
Aesthetics Rating - 5/5
Overall - 4/5

I had some trouble early on with the tongue of the boot forming the wrong way inside of the boot, causing some pressure points. Once i realized it was the inner boot that was causing the pressure, i removed it and simply formed the tongue correctly, and they felt MUCH better afterwards.

EXTRA LONG LACES... i have to wrap them around my boot to help with the slack. the laces cool easily be a whole foot shorter. Longer is better than short though.

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest gnabbing a set of boots without truly knowing how they fit your feet, I would run to a gear shop and try on boots until I found where my feet belong and then order them. Nothing is worse than having a trip to the snow cut short by killer feet pain. I've never bought boots online for that reason.

Freeriders generally ride stiffer boots, these are very soft. However yes they will fit your burton bindings.
