believe in boa

Boots are money..the second pair of dcs I have owned and defineatly the most comfortable. The 5 flex mark might be generous bc I find them pretty squishy. Still, with the boas its easy to tighten for some hot laps. Internal boot is a little squirrely, but the heel hold is great for butters and spins. Does take a minute to get used to the double tounge..overall pretty solid

Not a Fan..

They ran like 1-2 sizes too small...Plus the inner book is like a low top shoe...Feels weird and gets bunched up when you put your foot in...

i like the way the boots fit when i tried them on. i like to shred park but not 24/7 i like to ride powder and steeps i heard the boa system locks up in powder and after a season the cables wear.

Recommended after test fitting!

I would give these boots 5 stars if it wasnt for a couple pesky pressure points on the sides. I blistered my first week in these boots. As I break them in, and learn how to get the tongues JUST RIGHT, its not so bad.

Other than that - extremely lightweight, quality construction as expected from DC, and nice flex. I'd recommend these boots to anyone who is spending more time in the park than doing massive carving... But do yourself a favor and try them on in person before buying.

Amazing Boot

These boots perform amazing! They are so easy to put on and they stay on. The boa system works great and it doesn't seem sketchy. I'm an all mountain rider, but definitely enjoy my time in the park. These boots work for everything! And they are very lightweight and extremely comfortable. I will definitely continue to stick with these boots for years to come.

I have last years pair and hate them. Has there been any improvement on the heel slop that every pair of DC boots ive ever owned has? I keep trying DC in the hopes that finally I can get rid of my old 32's but end up selling the new ones the last 2 years in a row.

how much will these pack out?

how much will these pack out?

Responded on

most boots will pack out about half of a size. when sizing a new boot you should have your toes just touching the end. my DC Allegence's pack out a little and are still good after four seasons.

Responded on

They shouldn't pack out very much. You want your boots to fit so they are snug with your toes brushing the end and now pressure points. Also DC just redid how they do their lasts and boots. Now every boot is a 1 to 1 ratio so the inside is a 9 as well as the outside. The DCs made from this year and on will pack out less then the old ones from previous years.

I jut got these for NZ winter and my toes are pretty tight. im usual a 9.5 but these are tight will they pack out enough after wearing?
