You don't have to look boring to be warm.
The DC Women's Sutton Jacket packs a waterproof breathable membrane and light synthetic insulation under a shell that looks right at home going out to drinks. A removable hood and balaclava gives you extra weather protection when the storm really picks up. The 3/4-length cut gives you a bit of extra coverage when the snow starts blowing sideways. And to keep you stoked, DC added an internal audio pocket so you're never without your tunes.

Morone / brown are distinctly different colours!
The colour of the "brown" jacket in this picture is completely different to the actual colour of the jacket. It is MORONE not brown. Type the name of the jacket into Google images to get a better idea of the colour.... it's really ugly!

Being 169cm/5'6"(I think, I'm not familiar with non-metric scale) 57kg/125lbs I thought the small would fit me well as the previous reviewers are smaller than me. It turns out to be quite loose, not that it's a bad thing cos it allows me to layer up. I love the features (media pocket, inner and outer pockets, foldaway mask, removable powder skirt and hood). The inside of the collar is layered with a smooth velvety fabric so it doesn't rub against your chin like a scrub. Colour on the photograph is true. It looks really good on, period.
I like this jacket a lot, DC really made this in mind for the mtn. I had a Holden one with similar buttons on the front, but they all fell off or got ripped off via falling belly first on a corrugated tube. The buttons on this one seem built in and not just sewed on, hopefully they'll be more durable. This jacket is nice and long but does run a little big. I'm 5'2" 125lbs and the small is a little loser then I prefer but I kept it anyway. Even though it doesn't have wrist gaiters per say, the inner lining that pokes out (you can see it in the picture) has holes for your thumbs... very nice!

This jacket is great! it keeps you very warm and is awesome to use while skiing/snowboarding. The jacket has everything you could need like built-in mask, snow skirt, looks, and warmth. I would definitely suggest buying this jacket. The only problem that I had was that I am 5 ft 2in. and weigh around 110lbs, and I ordered a small, which is still pretty huge, so if you are around my size i would suggest you order a XS.
