These have been great. They fit under my snowboard pants without a problem and provide great protection. I got them because I slammed my tailbone multiple times this season on ice, when learning to ride switch or crashing on jump landings. I almost broke it, so I decided to get these.
The only thing is that the tailbone pad adds a little bulk, but when I'm it the lodge with my jacket off I just take it out and I look fine. This isn't a problem with my jacket over it, which covers it completely. You can remove all the pads you want and it's washable.
Great protection. Feels a little weird at first but now I barely notice it. I only use the tailbone pad when in the park, too.

Does a real good job keeping you coccyx bone protected when you fall. Fit's well under snowboard pants and you forget you have them on. First purchased the Demon Snow Flex-Force X D30 and sent them back because it lacked full tailbone protection and when I fall it's on the tip of the tailboard that takes the hit which can really hurt... the pro short has the protection for that type of fall .. very happy with the protection these shorts offer.

I though they were really poorly made. Definitely look in to some of the other brands. My pro tec shorts were a lot better.
