cool concept, poor design

So I was putting my snowboard back together with this sucker. I got the hardware screwed down pretty far. Then the shaft of the screwdriver started slipping in the plastic body. In other words, anything that requires more strength than my baby brother can put out will break this thing. I'll be looking for a different brand.
