Demon Snow Wrist Guard - 2009

When you fall snowboarding, you fall hard on your knees or your butt, but somehow it seems like your wrists always bear the brunt of the impact. Protect your wrists with Demon Snow Wrist Guards. The Neoprene construction is tough and won’t be damaged by water. Snug up the wrist guard with the hook-and-loop closure and it easily slides into your glove.

Bottom Line: Cheaper than wrist-replacement surgery. (There’s no such thing)

Pretty good overall

The quality is good. The only drawback is I have a small wrist and even the small size is a bit big for me. It could be better if they offer a XS size for female hands. Other than that, the gear is pretty cool look and it serves the purpose.

great for snowboarding

When you're ripping your gloves off and on half the time on the snow, it becomes obvious really quickly why you might want snowboard-specific wrist guards. It's the little things that make you lose time on the snow. I have a slightly older model but they designed the wrist curvature really well so that it's not such a PITA to do such things. :)

Not sure what size to get. Im about 6ft tall, and I have skinny wrist, so is the size the wrists size? or is it length?

Go by your hand length. The strap is adjustable down to a small wrist. At 6ft tall you would likely go with a large unless you have super small hands for your size.

I know you hate to hear this but the answer is largely depends on your gloves, if there is some spare room for movement in the wrist of your glove, they should fit. Sorry that sounds so vague, I haven't actually tried these other than just trying them on in a store, but they are fairly close to skin, should work on most gloves.

These are well made and the strap is fully adjustable to make them as snug as needed. They feel very secure and should protect well.
