I bought my 2 grandsons who live in Juneau Alaska each a gift card from this site and they loved it. I'm doing the same thing this year. They both snowboard. This way they can get what they really need or want form Grandma! Shop on Grandparents. They will thank you for being sooooo kool in their eyes!!

I just ordered an online gift card and all you have to do is write that you would not like the online gift card emailed until Xmas day...and that's it. They also, have 3 different forms of contact if that was too much for you to handle. It is ridiculous people like you blame a good online retailer for your inability to function.

This site is AMAZING! i absloutly LOVE IT life time warenty, amazing clothes, friendly support, this site is very well put togerther. If all my stuff come and its what i expited this will be like the best place for me to buy gear :) i live in a small town with nothing!! our mall is one floor and has ~10-15 stores if that... and 4 of thoes are food stores we have 6 clothing stores 1 of wich selles gear

I think you have to be a total doucher if you can't figure out how an online gift card works. This is one of the easiest presents to give someone who loves the outdoors. I'll be back to this site ASAP!!

Although these gift certificates are only sent electronically (by email), there is still a way to present a physical representation of it. Use these steps:

1) Send the gift certificate to your email (not the receiver)
2) Print out the image of the gift certificate in this listing. To do this, right click the image and click "view image." That will pop up a page where it is only the picture, and you can print it.
3) Fill out the blanks on your now physical paper gift certificate
4) Hand it to now happy gift certificate receiver

Despite the banner on the homepage, gift certificates are not emailed instantly. Rather, they must be reviewed by a staff member during business hours before they are sent. This could mean anything from a 10 minute to 6 hour lag depending on what time your order is placed. I'm still waiting almost 4 hours later . . .

The system of sending and receiving Gift Certificates is rediculious. I was in a rush ordering one for my sister. I was at work when I did it. I didn't read the fine print and was unaware that it is emailed to her. Well, it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Not anymore, she probably already got the email. I am sure I am not the only one whom had made this mistake. Not to mention what happens if you type the wrong email address and someone you dont even know gets the cert? Changes definately need to made. I will never order anything from DogFunk.com again.
