Description of DC Windham Winter Boot - Women's:
The DC Women's Windham Winter Boot is the snowplow of casual shoes. Unlike a snowplow, however, these waterproof boots are full of grace and style. When you're frolicking through six inches of snow, you'll appreciate the Windham Boots' high-top construction. No snow down the shoes, and ankle protection to boot. DC gave these suede kicks sticky rubber soles that harden into spikes for increased traction in cold weather. A Performalite midsole with a heel airbag provides cushioning and shock absorption while you walk, run, or jump through the fluff. The foam-padded tongue and collar add warmth and comfort, and the Windham Winter Boots feature shearling fur along the top for a touch of elegance you won't see in the fanciest snowplow.

These boots are not only gorgeous, they are functional beyond belief! I walked over ice, through snow banks...I could go anywhere with these and they're incredibly warm. They are worth every penny and are a lot cheaper than having to go to the doctor because you fell on the ice. These are the best snow and ice boots ever.

These boots are perfect for someone with weak ankles like me. All the boots out there are flimsy and not made well. I was surprised at the support through out the entire boot. Unfortunately you didn't have my size, but when they come again I'll by another pair.
