DC outfitted the Helix with a 10K waterproof shell and 10K GM breathability so you stay dry both inside and out and 60g of synthetic insulation to keep you warm. Fully-taped seams give the Helix extra protection against the wind, snow and slush, and removable head and waist gaiters customize your ride for warmer spring runs or colder winter sessions. A standard fit keeps the jacket from getting in the way while you bust a 7 while giving you enough room to hold that mute grab through the second rotation.

| I got the jacket about a month ago, it is very comfortable, seems well constructed and super waterproof. Tons of pockets, and in the right places too, as well as endless features, goggle wipe, built in balaclava, wrist cuffs with the thumbhole, the list goes on. It fits a little bit big, so if you are between sizes, I would say go down unless you want a baggy fit. All in, very nice jacket, I look forward to getting her out on the hill. |
