Electric EG1 Chrome Goggle - Chrome - 2007
The Electric EG1 Goggle is the original bad ass goggle with 100% UV protection, anti-fog, and scratch resistant coating. Electric's bold and smooth style shows with a light weight contoured frame and cushy triple layer face foam for lasting comfort when you're thrashing all day. The PVC blend frame material holds its texture and feel in extremely cold temperatures. Dual lens construction on the EG1 is available polarized for a unhindered and sharp visual over the entire mountain. With simple strap adjustability and helmet compatibility these goggles let you focus on the snowboarding not your ear protection.
Bottom Line: The Electric EG1 Goggle is not for the faint of heart.

The EG1 Chrome Bandana White Electric google is pretty sweet. Its good looking and comfy. Compared to my old scratched up lenses I was amazed by my new vivid line of sight when I first put these badboys on; they tint everything to block out the sun but don't really affect the color, leaving you with a real nice view of all the intricacies of the slope. There are two slight negatives which kept me from giving them a 5: The goggles have relatively small straps. For me to use mine on my helmet it has to be as absolutely loose as possible-- don't get me wrong, that setting feels just about right for me with the helmet on and all but it would be nice to have the freedom to make it even a bit looser if I felt like it. Why not add another cm to the strap length Electric? My head's not even that big... The second negative that I didn't forsee is almost certainly caused by the chrome lense surface (my first time using them). Often, in some angles of light more than others, you can see the reflection of your eyes and/or goggle frames. This doesn't really preclude your view too badly but its slightly annoying to have to stare down your eyeball for long periods of time. Couldn't they have sorted this issue out somehow? In sum, a great goggle for looking good, feeling comfy and generally good visibility.

These are great goggles. Work fine with larger heads too. The chrome mirror lens is awesome. Best thing since . . .

Lovely goggle, fits perfectly on my face (medium to large face). The lens is really as mirrorish as shown, at least in daylight. I bought the shogun model, looks very nice.
An orange/red replacement lens is included, didn't knew that when I ordered. Haven't tried em on the slopes yet, though.
