Pro-tec B2 Snow Helmet - 2006

Designed after their well known skateboard helmets, the B2 is no stranger to parks, rails and other obstacles. Screened vents keep air flowing in while keeping snow out. Detachable ear flaps can be taken off for those warm spring days in the park. You'll like the removable and washable liner for quick elimination of helmet stank. terrible terrible terrible

this helmet is the most uncomfortable helmet I've tried. the padding is all but useless its so thin theres almost nothing to cushion you from the impact. there is way to much venting and no way to cover it up. i was riding in 5-10 degree weather and my head was practically frozen from no padding to keep me warm and all the cold air running through the overkill of vents. and the audio is terrible i tried one and the sound quality was terrible and very very quiet the only parts i could hear were the music itself and the lyrics were completely distorted and impossible to hear, so i got another pair and put them on and the same problem happened as the first pair only on the second it was worse because the left side actually stopped working completely just to be sure i got a third pair and it did the same as the first two. so to sum up no padding, very cold and the sound is absolutely useless

The best helmet I’ve ever bought. I’m rocking a hat under it, and it’s the perfect helmet for that since you can take off the detachable ear covers. Great helmet for an even better price.

This helmet is great! I have the hot pink!! And let me tell you, it’s not only stylish but very effective when some is looking for you on the trail (the hot pink sort of stands out). It protects your head too!

My husband bought me this helmet and I love it. It is very comfortable and the hot pink matches my gear. It is light and doesn't make me feel like I am trying to board with something bulky on my head.

A Well-Built Bucket

My two-week old B2 got its 1st test last week when I landed upside down off a good sized kicker in the park. True to specs, the foam did not permanently compress so I don't need to buy a new helmet. It also absorbed the impact quite well, leaving me with only a minor headache in what would have otherwise been disaster without a helmet on. Looks good (Matte Army Green), came at a decent price. Highly recommended!
