After launching Cappel Clothing in 1994 and relocating to Preston, WA in 1995, Ride dropped Preston Bindings (later to become <a href="/dogfunk/subcat/48/b100000217/Ride-Bindings.html">Ride Bindings</a>) and <a href="/dogfunk/subcat/51/b100000217/Ride-Boots.html">Ride Boots</a> on the market. Ride is currently based in Seattle WA, and continues to develop revolutionary technologies and styles while staying true to its original vision of “selling the dream”.

Ride created the NRc Snowboard Binding to give you enough versatility for anything from backcountry powder shorts to urban rails. The composite-blend R2 base gives you enough stiffness to slash a powder stash without being so stiff that your feet feel like they’re in cement when you cork out your backside five. Ride’s low-profile Balance Core ankle strap and Comfortable Grip toe strap hold your foot securely in place and don’t weight you down with a bunch of just-for-fluff beefy padding.
