The sandals are comfortable and good looking, however, they are are not true-to-size; they run about one size smaller than American standard (at least mine did). I wear a size nine and the size nine I received was too small. I had to return the shoes (at my cost) and re-order a size 10. This wasted time and money for me and the site. The root cause of the problem lies with the manufacturer - they are selling sandals that are not standard size.
I've bought several Reef Sandals and always had great luck with size 12's. My real shoe size is 10 1/2. Got 12's and they were too small. No 13's in stock. Gotta ship them back on my dime! Net loss. At least I didn't have to drive to Macy's = Gas $$$$$. Sigh..Buy them BIG!
I had same experience as Oceanside -- sandals are 1 size smaller than standard so I had to hassle with exchange for size 10 when I wear 9 normally. Great arch support and cushiony foam rubber. Most comfortable sandals I've owned.
