Description of Section Division Component Jacket - Men's:
Section understands the mechanics of high-quality shredwear, and so constructed the Men's Division Component Snowboard Jacket with waterproof fabric and customizable warmth—as well as a few extra perks. Section laminated the Component's G-layer nylon fabric with Teflon DWR to shed snow and water, and then sealed the seams to prevent leaks. A quilted nylon liner jacket zips into the shell when you need some extra warmth, and comes out when you go to catch the season's new snowboard flicks. The Component jacket features Section's Fade Gaiter system, which stows the powder skirt in the liner when you don't need it. Pit vents let out heat if your temperature reaches the danger zone. This coat also has thumbhole wrist gaiters and an iPod pocket.

such a sick jacket. It kept me perfectly warm today in about 10 degrees with 30mph winds, so the wind chill was definately below zero. All I wore under it was a shirt and in fact i found myself starting to sweat a few times during the day. However the best thing about this jacket is its versatility. On warmer days you can just open the vents(which run from your wrist all the way down the side of the jacket) and stay perfectly cool. It also has a removable sweater that you can take out if it gets to be really hot, even though i can't figure out how to do this. Its also got tons of pockets, including a pass and ipod pocket. The waterproofing is also sick because i wore it about a month ago in wet snow and while all my friends were complaining about getting wet I was perfectly dry. So anyway this jacket is a little pricey, but totally worth the money in my opinion because it has pretty much everything that you could really want in a jacket.
