Awesome Board!

By Ranked #156 - All Mountain Snowboards January 11, 2012

This board was like a perfect pair of jeans. The first run I was poppin airs, riding switch, and laying down carves like I had owned this thing for 10 years! Jones' photos do no justice. This board is much nicer in person. IMO it surpasses the work of art image that Arbor has for it's boards. I read that the workmanship was slack on these, but not true for mine. This board is as near perfect, or better than any Lib, Burton off the line. As for the performance, it is spot on (Only 3 days so far.) I went from a cambered board to a c2 Lib, and reverse camber underfoot just wasn't very stable at speed. The Jones Camrock is absolutely the best hybrid design. Stable at speed and quick turning when you need it. The nose should be great for pow. The mellow magnetraction is very slight. The center of the board has an obvious bump, and the 2 points lust outside the inserts are more like slight arcs. The Lib mag scrubs speed, but the Jones is awesome. Holds an edge without gripping too much. This board also has a high end fast sintered base, not the cheap extruded base that most boards have.
