Go for a medium if you like a bigger fit, I'm 5'9, 155 and got the small. The medium was way to big when I tried it on. It is a really lightweight jacket and the face mask is BOSS.

They do run a little small, not enough to size up unless you are borderline anyway. I always wear L, and they fit a little tight.
