VERY NICE!

Analog Echo Jacket - Men's

Analog Echo Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 11, 2009

Terrain Use: Backcountry, Groomers, All Mountain
Good For: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Storming and White Out
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Other Thoughts: A Sick 2 layer coat made of the same burly material that the perimeter pants are made of. Sierra say 5k/5k, the coat is ACTUALLY 10k/5k(tags with the coat)-so it's quality stuff.. Very simple jacket this is JET black, with a sweet inner print. Only issue it, it runs VERY big...I usually wear an Xl and it was like a dress. Ended up with L and it fits much better. For the price + 10k/5, its an absolute steal/deal!

Dragon Rogue Jamie Lynn Signature Ionized Goggle

Dragon Rogue Jamie Lynn Signature Ionized Goggle

Rating for this product: 5 May 6, 2009

Great goggle,,, Says Medium fit but is actually a larger goggle(which I like0

Nice all condition dual lens, cool graphics, won't fog and a sick, sick case/wipe.

Highly recommended for those who don't want the same goggle that EVERYONE else has on the hill(Oakley or Bolle)

Oakley Wisdom Goggle - Iridium Lens

Oakley Wisdom Goggle - Iridium Lens

Rating for this product: 4 May 6, 2009

A large goggle with all the usual Oakley Quality/Bells and whistles... Stays fog free, great lens,, etc,

HOWEVER,, Despite getting the extra-long goggle strap, I could NOT get this to fit with neither my Pro-Tec Nor my RED Helmet....Keep this in mind if you want to rock these with a helmet.

Other than that little issue , another top notch gogg from the goggle masters- Oakley.

Voile Telepro Shovel

Voile Telepro Shovel

Rating for this product: 5 May 5, 2009

This light, yet strong shovel is in the back of My FJ Cruiser in the winter.

I've used it to dig out cars, shovel walks and make jumps....

All in all, a solid, sturdy piece of equipment that can be used in a variety of situations.

A great purchase.

Warm...

Special Blend Ninety Five Down Jacket - Men's

Special Blend Ninety Five Down Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 13, 2009

Super warm. You can ride in below freezing temps in just a base layer.

Technically, the coat is solid with all the SB goodies--Pass holder, Pit zips, pow skirt, tons fo pockets etc...

The cut and styling of the coat allow it to also be worn around the city in winter..

I have this coat in both Black and White from 08 and 09. Both have held up well and look brand new. Best friend has an 07 and he still rocks it as his main coat.

Freeride Demon

Burton Supermodel X Snowboard

Burton Supermodel X Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 April 10, 2009

I grabbed the 164 on a whim a week ago in Tahoe to replace a board I destroyed.

This nasty stick is freeride demon. Simple, clean graphics with a carbon black look that has a sparkling/pattern/ shine to it---sick.. Large nose with 10mm taper(It's basically A Custom X with taper) and setback stance allows the board to sail over crud/chop etc. . (It's the only board in the 2009 lineup that features the Powder fly 3 core which is lighter in the nose allowing the board to slay pow) Slight adjustments need to be made when landing jumps due to short tail, but once I figured it out, I landed everything and it was not an issue.

Pretty stiff, but not quite as stiff as my t6, As you might expect, it takes some effort to Ollie, but it snaps in and out of turns nicely. It's a wider board(I think it's a midwide), so it's average edge to edge, but you can crank it up to face-melting speed with zero chatter. It's stable and the Stainless steel PDE edges make it a carving machine. As with most high-end Burtons, the new N2O vision base is fast as I blew by almost everyone all day, but I never got to see it's full potential as I was stuck riding with the lame factory wax. I imagine it's as fast as my t6, But I can't call it the drag race winner till I get to hand-wax it.

The board is also surprisingly lightweight(even at 164)due to the Carbon Vaporskin topsheet., Powder Fly 3 core etc. The Super X basically has almost every piece of Burton tech thrown into it and it rides like a Ferrari-fast, light and stable.. Burtons High-end decks(t6, CX, Super X) are LIGHT-years ahead of the low-end models in performance.

This a great board for the advanced riders who rip Big-mountains(Vail/Squaw/Jackson Hole)--wide open bowls/steeps/powder

Burton AK 2L Gore-tex Stagger Jacket - Men's

Burton AK 2L Gore-tex Stagger Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 22, 2008

Truly a great coat. Fits loose, but not gangsta baggy. I'm 6'2 200lbs and the xl is roomy, but perfect with a fleece underneath...

Lots of pockets for all your gear(also has ipod pocket/cord holder) and a great venting system with pit zips as well as front vents that circulate air to cool off quickly..

Truly a great jacket..

TRICE

Lib Technologies T. Rice MTX Snowboard

Lib Technologies T. Rice MTX Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 September 1, 2008

had last years, this is essentially the same board with the addition of a stronger topsheet made of beans(no joke, check lib's site) & alleged improvements to the base...

Destroys the entire mountain, stable at speed, carves on hardpack.. Board kills it anywhere, whether it be at your icy local resort or outer mongolia double black back bowls at Vail...

Easily Burtons best board..

Burton T6 Snowboard

Burton T6 Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 April 8, 2008

I own an 08' 162.... I also own a rome, palmer, lib and a burton malolo.

This is the fastest of the bunch by far...

The Ride/stiffness is similar to a Custom x with a slightly different "feel" due to the alumafly core..

Very underated as an everyday board,, Not as stiff or as hard to ride as most think..VERY precise...Flies great, very light.. Great edge hold on ice, zero chatter straightlining at high speeds...IMPOSSIBLE for anyone on any board to keep up with you in the flats..

NOT for park rats, gapers, noobs and weekend heroes..It will slam you if you don't know what you're doing..

Board looks brand new and the base is in great shape, this includes days in Colorado, Tahoe, wisonsin and pennsylavania...
IMO-- Burtons best board..

I'm a Magnetraction Believer..

Lib Technologies Travis Magnetraction Snowboard

Lib Technologies Travis Magnetraction Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 February 27, 2008

Mid-flex,,,,soft enough for park, yet stiff enough for bombing/wide open bowls.

Insane POP-on carves and natural hits.

Very easy/fun board to ride.

Holds and edge at speed with Minimal chatter(Paired with Burton P1's/Ions)

I've ridden my 161.5 in deep pow at Beaver Creek, CO,,, WIde open Siberia Bowl at Vail, CO and in an Icy hell at Cascade, WI...

This stick can handle ANY condition and it absolutely DESTROYS Ice/hardpack..

Lib is onto something here with their tech...
Magnetraction works and then some.. This would be the perfect deck for East Coast/Midwest riders who generally ride in ice/slop/crud.

Only issue with this board,, The base came in SUPER dry..I suggest waxing it NUMEROUS times before headind out..--It's improved in speed drastically from when I first rode it with CONSTANT waxing.

Other than that, It's an absolute amazing board....

Rating for this product: 4 January 9, 2008

I have the Black P1 in Large and they are generally paired on My Rome Design...
Pros: Stable and EXTREMELY comfortable, nice straps, Perfect for any condition and ALL riding.
Cons: The FLAD(Forward lean) adjustor is is Very difficult to adjust..Most of the other Burton bindings now have the new Quick flad which is much easier to use.
