Burton Mission Re:Flex Snowboard Binding April 12, 2013 The Mission Re-Flex binding is great. They can crank down truly tight and are very easy to release, unlike some bindings that I have used. The mechanisms feel solid and work smoothly. The flex is pretty firm, which I like. I find that the Burton men's size small bindings work better for me (female) than the women's size large.
