    C2 in effect ya'll.

Union or Bent Metal is cool.

Hate to say it, but Burton boots have best fit.

Shaka, Shaka, Cool, Smooth

Forum Shaka Snowboard Binding - Men's

Forum Shaka Snowboard Binding - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 21, 2009

"Shaka" means cool or smooth in native Hawaiian. Well, these new bindings are appropriately named. They are cool in that they look cool. They are smooth in that you forget they are on when you're shredding. I liked the lower profile and the iGel. I feel like I get greater reverse camber bend. Just so you know, however, you can't just screw these things down on a 4-hole pattern board and expect to ride. You have to be fairly mechanically inclined because the bindings require several adjustments to fit your boots. Additionally, you have to be conscientious about tightening your bolts because the cool hinged plate causes greater loosening. But, that said, these are the best bindings I have ever owned!

Fairy Nice Pants!

Burton Vent Pant - Men's

Burton Vent Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 July 31, 2009

If you're into blending into your surroundings, please do not buy these pants. However, if you're flamboyant and desire to fake like you're a pro shredder, these are the pants for you! I rarely buy Burton because of the hype. But when I do, I usually find great quality products -- I hate that. I am still hiking with 06' Shaun White boots. These pants are no exception. They act like way better waterproofing than 10,000k and easily adjustable. Fairy nice . . . (in Borat accent).

A Good Bag for a Good Price

DAKINE Low Roller Snowboard Bag

DAKINE Low Roller Snowboard Bag

Rating for this product: 4 February 14, 2008

I recently took this bag on a trip to Vail. I greatly appreciated the silver water proof lining, which appeared to wick away water and reduce rust on the airplane trip home. It also has a lot of room for jackets and pants. The only negative to the bag is the height. With mounted high-back bindings, it's hard to zip the zipper. Bottom line, it's better and cheaper than the Burton one. Peace.

A-Holes Are Cool!

Airhole Fukiya Balaclava

Airhole Fukiya Balaclava

Rating for this product: 5 January 28, 2008

So far my a-hole is performing really well. It took a little adjustment. Sometimes, it is difficult to get my mouth positioned in the a-hole. I have yet to see how my a-hole performs in really cold weather. I'm off to Vail today, so I'll supplement the review of my a-hole.
