Lib Technologies Attack Banana EC2-BTX Snowboard - Wide

Lib Technologies Attack Banana EC2-BTX Snowboard - Wide

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2013

i bought this board because i wanted some C2 tech but i tried the t.rice board last year and didnt really feel comfortable on it. i've ridden a BTX board and i loved it, it was just so playful and easy to handle, so i decided to give the EC2 tech a try and its a perfect match for me. i've had the chance to ride this in mostly pow (20+ inch storms) and you need to put pressure on the back of the board in flat spots but this is to be expected from a non powder board. also, i've hammered the fuck out of this board since i got it; i'm 220 pounds and i've ridden over rocks/broken trees/bushes and it only has a a few minor scrapes on it. i was going to send this back and get a skunk ape after i saw the reviews of it being for big guys (as i said i'm 220lbs) but i decided to keep it and give it a shot, now i love every second i get to ride it.

Ride Capo Snowboard Binding

Ride Capo Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2013

these are hands down the best bindings i've ever owned. I tried some burton cartels last year and all my super hard turns made me feel like i had no control over my board (i think it was due to their stiffness) but these are just perfect for me. it took some tweaking to fit my size 15 boots into them but once i pushed the highback all the way back there was no problem fitting the toe strap on the toe my boots (if you have big feet you know how much this can suck). also, the wedgie footbed, i dont get sore after riding hard for 5-6 hours and my turns are just super powerful, i cant say enough good things about these bindings so just try them for yourself.

Smith Transport Helmet

Smith Transport Helmet

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2013

i got this helmet to replace my space helmet, or better known as a red hifi helmet, and it has delivered. my dragon APX goggles fit on it without a problem and of course my smith iox goggle fit like a glove. i love the boa system to tighten it when my poofy hair is cut and so it doesnt move around when im trying to slash some turns. im keeping this helmet forever.

Burton Ruler Snowboard Boot - Men's

Burton Ruler Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2013

so i bit the bullet and bought these after my vans cirro boots (last years model, bought them this year) hurt my feet worst than any other boot i've owned, needless to say, all of that pain is gone with these. the stiffness on these is still pretty good, which is what i wanted, but its not so stiff that my feet are killing me after one run. i LOVE the toe cap on these because it's as hard as a rock so i can tighten my toe strap until it wont tighten anymore. the lacing system is really good too, i can see these lasting me a long time and i probably wont ever buy another model of boot after trying these.

Lib Technologies Skunk Ape C2 BTX Snowboard - Wide

November 12, 2011

this board is for you man, im 6'2 220lbs and wear a size 15 boot but i opted for the t.rice 164.5 pro model, if theres too much toe overhang with it im going to send it back and get a 165 in this. im used to long boards (rode a 172 snow mullet for EVERYTHING since like 2007 or 2008) so anything below 172 just seems super short and manuverable to me so if you're comfortable with a 160 just get the 161, shouldnt be too big of a difference.

Lib Technologies 1986 Snow Mullet BTX Snowboard

Lib Technologies 1986 Snow Mullet BTX Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 January 14, 2011

i have the 2008 model with btx and needless to say its the beastiest board ive ever had a chance to ride. the pop is insane, turns on a dime, floats through pow like you're riding a cloud and it charges down the groomers without even trying. i'll never buy another board.

Lib Technologies 1986 Mullet Snowboard

Lib Technologies 1986 Mullet Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 January 16, 2008

just rode it today, was sweet as hell in the pow, never sank and i tested it by putting all my weight on my front foot and i never nose dived, it was killer on the groomed runs too, i highly reccomend this board. also dont be afraid to get the longer board, its not as bad i thought it would be, it turns nice and fast.
