Volcom Stone Suit - Men's

March 11, 2010

I am 6'1" 140 lbs (built like a stick), 31" waist so I was thinking about going with the medium but I see that it recommends a large for someone my height. Also, would this be formal enough for prom?

Great, but not for what they're advertised...

Burton Mission Snowboard Binding

Burton Mission Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 3 April 2, 2009

These bindings would be great if I had used them for their intended purpose, park-riding. Although they are advertised for all mountain riding they are much to flexy to go at the speeds I want to over the terrain I want to. I like to go fast and don't really hit up the park, when the going gets rough, the flex begins. These are by no means recommendable for the whole mountain. Don't be fooled by the "All mountain" monicker, they are very comfortable but are much too flexy for my taste. If you find yourself more often on the double blacks than in the park, these are not for you.

As a side note, the ankle strap padding ripped a fair amount after 2 days of hard riding. The straps themselves have held up well though.
