Another great Burton Binding Burton Lexa Snowboard Binding - Women's - 08/09 February 12, 2009 Easy to adjust. Comfortable but yet stiff enough for solid response. The toe strap has a cut out that keeps it in place on the front-tip of the boot. The ratcheting mechanism feels sturdy and keeps things snug when you want, but releases easy too for getting on the lift or getting onto the apres.
