depends on how you are built. for the normal joe, they are more on the baggy side. i'm 5'10" and 188lbs, so i'm not skinny. about avg or a little more and they are still baggy on me.

i'd guess it to be a 40w and 36L...based on the pattern of sizing for M to L to XL, etc. the waist is adjustable, so you have 2-3 inches to play with, plus there are belt loops.

Just wore my I/O's this past weekend at The Canyons here in Utah. Couldn't be happier. Growing up on the East Coast, i refused to wear goggles because they fogged and killed depth perception on the bumps. The I/O's were not only a comfortable fit, but they didn't fog once (and i was breathing heavy on the first day out). The default lense worked great too, and it was overcast in the a.m. and sunny around mid-day. worked great for both

Looks like a heavy shell. So unless you have layers underneath, I'd go with something heavier for those really cold temps.

It would be best to measure your hand and compare to the sizing chart on the page. If the sizing chart isn't there, check another glove page....but if you had to choose one or the other for your average hand, i'd say the L
