Dakines are by far the best gloves in my opinion. if your worried about sweat and cold, DEFINENTLY get gore-tex.
learn about it, its def. worth it
i just bought 60$ dakine vectras from backcountry.com
run em under water for 10min, stay dry and warm
sweat can come out though
Sick and def. worth the extra $$
