This jacket rocks!!! If you're looking for a good shell, this is it! It is so comfortable to wear by itself if the weather is just a little bit chilly, and its easy to layer underneath if the weather is really cold. It blocks the wind exceptionally, and I know it doesn't say anything about being water proof or anything, but it is water resistant, to an extent. When its raining, the water beads up and rolls off. I bought the green one, which is a little stand outish, but its not super crazy like some of the other jackets out there. It's perfect for me because my style is being original. I love it!!
